Use this page to exercise your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) in respect of personal data held by Altx Convergence Private Limited (Notifyce / automation.altxone.ai). We acknowledge every request within 48 hours and respond substantively within 30 days of receiving a complete request, in line with our published Privacy Policy.

If you are an end-client of a Chartered Accountant firm using Notifyce — please contact your CA firm first. The CA firm is the Data Fiduciary for your tax data held in Notifyce. If you cannot identify or reach your CA firm, write to dpo@altx.one and we will assist.

1. Your Rights Under the DPDPA 2023

Right	What it means
Right of Access (Section 11)	Obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities concerning it.
Right to Correction and Erasure (Section 12)	Correct inaccurate or incomplete data; request erasure where the purpose is no longer being served, subject to legal-hold exceptions (e.g., billing records retained under the Income Tax Act).
Right to Grievance Redressal (Section 13)	Raise any grievance about our processing of your personal data.
Right to Nominate (Section 14)	Nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
Right to Withdraw Consent (Section 6(4))	Withdraw consent at any time, prospectively. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
DPBI Escalation (Rule 14(iii))	If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India after 30 days (absolute maximum 90 days). Portal: https://dpboard.gov.in (to be enabled by the Board).

3. What Happens After You Submit

Acknowledgement — within 48 hours. You receive an email with a Reference Number (DPR-YYYY-XXXXXX).
Identity verification — within 5 business days. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or modifying data. We do this proportionately: typically a confirmation from your registered email plus a corroborating context question.
Substantive response — within 30 days. For erasure, this is the time to initiate the erasure; the completion timeline follows the retention rules for the relevant data category (see our Data Logs & Retention Policy).
Escalation, if needed. Every response carries a pointer to the Data Protection Board of India for escalation under Section 13 if you are not satisfied.
