When to Contact the DPO
- Questions about how we process your personal data.
- Requests to access, correct, or erase your data (Sections 11 and 12).
- Withdrawal of consent (Section 6(4)).
- Nominating another person to exercise your rights (Section 14).
- Grievances about our processing of your data (Section 13).
- Reporting a suspected data breach or security concern affecting your data.

Two-Tier Note — End-Clients of CA Firms
If you are an end-client of a Chartered Accountant firm that uses Notifyce on your behalf, the CA Firm is the Data Fiduciary for your tax data held in Notifyce; Altx is the Data Processor. Please contact your CA Firm first to exercise your rights. If you cannot identify or reach your CA Firm, write to dpo@altx.one and we will assist.
Internal Escalation
If the DPO is unavailable, the Deputy Data Protection Officer (Compliance Officer, Altx Convergence Private Limited) acts in the DPO’s absence. For time-critical matters — for example, a suspected serious data breach — please write to dpo@altx.one with subject line beginning “URGENT” and we will route to the appropriate responder.
